Does clearing app cache fix snap error C14A and how?

Sometimes app cache can also cause the support code C14A on snapchat and clearing the cache can fix the issue

Required steps:

1. Open Snapchat app and click on your Profile Bitmoji

2. Tap on Settings in my profile Scroll down to “Clear Cache” in Account Actions

3. Click on Continue option on the pop-up to confirm the process
